*To qualify for student registration, attendees must have completed their Ph.D. thesis no
earlier than January 01, 2012. Student attendees must verify their expected graduation date by uploading a confirmation letter printed on official letterhead and signed by an advisor.

**Guest registration only includes Welcome Reception and Banquet.

Guest Registration Fee ONLY Includes:

• Welcome Reception: Sunday, July 8^th.
• Georgia Aquarium Dinner Banquet (includes 2-hour visit of Aquarium): Wednesday, July 11^th.

The host hotel for ICSM 2012 places the treasures of the city at your feet. You can stroll to top downtown Atlanta attractions (including Georgia Aquarium, CNN Studios, The World of Coca-Cola and the Dr. Martin Luther King Center for Nonviolent Social Change), popular local restaurants and exciting nightlife.

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently at 15%) or applicable service or hotel specific fees in effect at the time of the meeting.

**To qualify for the student room rate, attendees must have completed their Ph.D. thesis no earlier than January 01, 2012.

POLICIES

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Cancellations received in writing by April 15, 2012 will receive a refund of registration fees, less a $130 processing fee for full registration, or less a $105 processing fee for student registration.

Cancellations received after April 15, 2012 will be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the refund schedule below.

Unfortunately, due to the firm commitments that will have been made by that date, NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2012.

IMPORTANT: Substitutions within the same registration category, utilizing the original method of payment, may be made at no additional charge. Substitutions not made within the same registration category, and not utilizing the original method of payment, will be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the refund schedule below.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1, 2012. However, see the substitution policies.

EXCURSION

Tour and Banquet at the Georgia Aquarium, Wednesday Evening, July 11, 2012

Included in your registration. The Georgia Aquarium is the world's largest aquarium with over 8 million gallons of fresh and marine water housing more than 120,000 animals of 500 different species (more aquatic life than found in any other aquarium!). Situated in the heart of downtown, it is a top Atlanta attraction.

The Georgia Aquarium is home to some of the most amazing and unique animals on the planet, including its most notable specimens - whale sharks, beluga whales, manta rays. The Georgia Aquarium is the only aquarium outside of Asia to exhibit whale sharks and the only aquarium in the U.S. to house manta rays. The aquarium is also one of only six facilities in the world to host beluga whales, which are known for their massive 3,000-lb stature and permanent smiles.
